Help understanding the error log.

Afternoon all I'm getting so frustrated with this old laptop but I need it to work so I can process my photos. any how yesterday ... randomly Adobe bridge closed and when I tried to open it I got "this program has stopped working" then explorer closed and I got the same thing with that now bridge wont even open but explorer is working fine. Ive un-installed all adobe software and re-installed it but Bridge still wont work.

I've opening the Event Viewer in Windows 7 and this is what I've got.... (there's allot more I didn't realise things had crashed as much)

A quick google of the exception code states that it's a heap corruption (don't ask me what it means, as I only looked), and the faulting module in most of those on the first page was ntdll.dll so you might have to dig deeper to find out what's going on.
