Help! upgrade motherboard

Hi all, Hope someone can help i admit i know nothing about motherboards and i have just invested in a new graphics card and now need to upgrade my motherboard and CPU.
I have a 1000 watts power supply
4 gig of kingston DDR2-SDRAM PC2-5300 (333 MHz) - [DDR2-666]
my hard drives are sata
sound device is ASUS Xonar D2 Audio
and my graphics card is a XFX Ati Radeon HD5870 1GB DDR5 PCI-E HDMI
Any help will be appreciated
.My budget is about £150. pounds
I would like to play bf 2142 on it

For your budget I can give you a new cpu which will beat your current cpu and a new motherboard, with this you can use your current ram. For extra £80~ odd you can upgrade to DDR3 motherboard and ram.
