yes for conrow you will need a new mobo new ram conroe cpu and not sure about the gfx. is it pcie ?? if so can use that in your conroe system 
if its agp then really you should get a pcie card.
what sort of money you want to spend ??
you can get a nice sum for them parts when you sell em. to help towards new conroe system
