Help upgrading for gaming.

Hi All

My machine is a good few years old now.. just wondered if you guys could point me in the direction of what I need to upgrade to see some performance gains. Could in the region of £500-600 to spend.

Current spec:

GFX card, SSD, overclock the cpu (if you are using a Z77 board).

So a GTX1070/1060 for example, you may have to update the motherboard BIOS for the new card to be recognised.

It's the Z77D3H board I have I'm sure.

That will certainly need to be on the latest BIOS. It has a history of needing this doing for it to work with gfx cards that came out after its release.
