Help upgrading / suggestions

I was looking for help in upgrading/buying a new computer, since im completely, useless when it comes to buying new hardware. Basically im looking for a new PC/upgrade mostly to play games on, such as the new Bad company 2 and do school work which is mostly using photoshop cinema 4d, etc.. My budget is around £450~ give or take a tenner or so.

My current spec is as followed;
AMD Athlon 64 x2 4600+
2Gig DDR2
Nvidia GeForce 9500gt

im not sure if im missing anything important here.

I dont know what PSU i've got my brother is convinced its just a 425w, and which card theres like 3 differant 460's, and i have no clue what the differences are

get the ocuk one, it will still be made by a good manufacturer, just depends which one ocuk have got stock of, and will only add about £16 to the total.

and do try to find out the make and model of your psu, don't rely on a cheap budget unit to look after your expensive gear.

Knowing that i'll have to upgrade my PSU, i think i should find a differant mobo bundle, not sure. my budget is pretty poor

You should be able to sell your gear secondhand to raise enough cash to fund a new PSU.

well, if i was to build an entirely new computer my dad would be using this computer for work so thats not an option, i probably should've put that in the description
