Help using FRAPS for video

I have just tried using FRAPS to do a video of a benchmark running, but all I got was a very short video that was a bit jumpy.

Could someone help me with what settings I should use please.

You need the unlocked version of Fraps to record more than 30 seconds. Dxtory is better imo, doesn't knock your framerate down as much as Fraps either, still gotta buy a license though.

have you tried using msi afterburner? works great for me and your rig is more powerful than mine.
