Hi there got a virus on my laptop i can boot up fine but when i ever i click on anyhthing a programe called anti virus pro pops up. How do i get rid of this

How would i do that? I cant get on internet i have got avast and spybot
When booting your PC tap F8 - Select safe mode
When your PC is loaded click start > run (or hold the windows key and press r)
Type msconfig and hit enter.
From the tabs across the top select "Startup".
This is a list things that start up with your PC and where they're starting up from. If you see it listed there, uncheck it, and also see if you can see where it has installed itself (usually in your appdata folder somewhere) and delete the files.
