please help!!!

have got a 4 month old mac book pro 17''

have installed windows xp but have left my os x 10.5 disk in the uk (am working in china for 6 months)

managed to find nearly all the drivers i needed to run windows xp apart from the wireless card.

could anyone link me to the drivers or email me with them - i know they are on the leopard disk that shipped with my laptop - its just 6k miles away at the moment.

also does anyone know if red alert 3 would work ok on my macbook pro running xp

has 2gb ram - is the 2.6ghz model

You can also get them from the manufacturer's website if you don't feel like downloading them from those forums.

Where about in the System Profiler did it say the brand of the wireless card is?

under, network> Airport card. i think the post feb 2007 MBPs use broadcom. Mine is the 15 inch and says:

AirPort Card Information:

Wireless Card Type: AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x8C)
Wireless Card Locale: Worldwide
Wireless Card Firmware Version: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (5.10.38.9)
Current Wireless Network: rp2000net
Wireless Channel: 1

rp2000

As for the game the main question mark is over the graphics card. I can't remember what the old MacBook Pros have but it needs to be 256mb card and the back of the box says "laptop or integrated versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported."

I've got my fingers crossed for you because its a good game. :p

thanks,

my macbook pro 17'' has an Nvidia 8800 512mb gfx card - so hopefully should run it

cant wait to play it, got a friend to buy me a copy and ship it out to me in china, (costing £55 along with setters rise of an empire, world in conflict, and command and conquer generals)

cheers for the help
