hi all, recently i posted about a silent pc solution, and took some advice to get a new case with noise dampening, and maybe add a passive gpu at some stage, so i bought a new case, transfered all my parts into the new case, and it would not post, just cycled through off and on every few seconds, so i tried different parts and came up with the notion its possible my m/b, anyway no one sells any lga 2011 motherboards now other than from the far east, so i bought one , when it arrived 2 weeks later i decided to do a box test and everything seemed to work but i had no gpu in, but it wasnt cycling on and off, so i put it all into the case with a gpu and no video output, and no keyboard and mouse lights, i have tried a different gpu, psu, i have tried one stick of memory, and using different sticks in different slots, now the only thing i cannot test is the cpu, as i dont have a spare one, so is there anything else i can do or is it most likely the cpu, any help would be appreciated.

samsung green ddr3 x 4 sticks
cheap m/b with no manual and cant find a manual
corsair 240mm aio cpu cooler
dvd-r drive
250 gb samsung ssd
