Help wanted upgrade advice

I have the upgrade bug after winning a 3090 in a comp.

so currently have a i7 7820 in a rampage apex
Would it be worth getting the i9 10980xe to go in here?

all thoughts and views most welcome.

RTX 3090 and you will PC game at 4K then no not worth the upgrade. That is your choice,if you work on your comptuer just check benchmarks and find out for yourself
