Help! What caused my crash

Is no-one able to help.

I'm just trying to pin down the cause of my crashing, I'm wondering if it's my gfx card but I'm just not sure

you haven't given us too much to go on regarding your crashing, the dump file mentions reliccoh.exe, does the freezing/crashing/rebooting(?) happen mid-game?

Well it happened while I was playing Company of Heroes, but has also happened while I was playing GTA4

What other information would you need to know?

Is it possible to locate where the error came from?

bsod during gaming is usually either driver related, an overclock causing instability, or a faulty piece of hardware. If you are overclocked, then this would be my first guess as to the problem: are you overclocking your rig (your system specs would be useful)? If so what kind of stress testing have you done to verify your systems stability? If you are overclocked then remove it and go back to stock settings and play the games, see if it helps. Always make sure your gfx drivers are up to date too, but I would do one thing at a time (either remove overclock, or update drivers) and test, then change the other and test some more, changing more than one thing before testing may result in you fixing it for now but not knowing the exact cause of the problem.
