Help! What The Hell Is Wrong With My PC?!

Hey guys, right i'm totally crap with computers, I don't know anything about tweaking and stuff like that, I just trust that it works :P Now you will probs laugh at my problem but here it is;

I'm trying to play little games on the internet, games powered by flash and they just wont stop lagging! I have steam and play games on there no problem, but its the internet games that are vexing me, why would they run so badly? The main one that I can't get my head around is Zuma Blitz on facebook, that lags so bad for me that its no even playable.

I've updated my flash player, gotten a new browser and still the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Btw, as you can probs tell, i'm not really a hardcore gamer when it comes to a PC :P)

Slap a few urls up (ones that we don't have to contaminate facebook for) and let us try them, if they're lagging badly, it's not you :)
 
What browsers have you tried? The older firefoxes used to get hammered by flash for me... new ones seem ok though.
