Help!!! What to Upgrade!!!

Every six months I look to upgrade my system in some way or another (the misses calls me a GEEK!..lol). I've looked at setting up Raid to improve speed maybe buying a SSD, not much point buying extra ram, changing resolution of my monitor(too expensive), upgrading GPU, upgrading CPU, improving cooling with cpu liquid cooler, and/or GPU Cooler, but I am really not sure what is going to make the most difference to the current rig. I have a budget of around £200-£400, what would you advise?


My Rig:
Motherboard GA-Z77-D3H
CPU: Intel i3 2120
Coolermaster 650w
Gigabyte GZ-G2 gaming case
8Gb Corsair Vengence 1600Mhz
GPU: Nvidia Zotac 660Ti
HDD's: Seagate 2TB 7200rpm, Hitachi 160gb 7200rpm, Seagate 160gb 7200rpm
Monitor: AOC 23" 2353PHz 3D monitor Resolution(1920x1080)Full HD
Windows 8.1 64Bit
Asus Phobeus ROG Soundcard

3770k and to a lesser extent a 3570k

(But honestly, if you dont have a *need* to upgrade then it's just spending money for the sake of it.)

On the other hand if you dont already have an SSD, that WILL make a difference.
 
CPU:
3570K or 3770K depending on budget
Plus a cooler, e.g. Noctua NH-U12P SE2

SSD:
Samsung 840 - 250GB or 500GB depending on budget
(for Windows + programs)
