Help - What wireless card?

I am building a new rig and have an Asus Gene micro ATX board with dual MSI GTX 980 TI cards installed. The Cards Don't allow me access to my PCI slot so how can I connect wirelessly to my internet connection? Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
