Help ! whats wrong with my pc?

Hi all.

I have a problem with my pc it powers up , fans come on lights up etc but my monitor , keyboard/mouse etc don't come on.

The only way i can get it to all come on is to pull the power from the PSU (xfxpro 750) and drain the pc of power but pressing the power button until the light on motherboard goes off and then plug power back in, it will then work as normal.

I'm guessing its either the PSU or my motherboard failing but maybe someone could enlighten me as to which one is the culprit. maybe its another reason?

any help on this would be fantastic , i plan on buying a new case, cpu (i7), ram and motherboard on pay day and it would be great if i didnt also need to buy a new psu.

Tried pulled CMOS from the board and giving that a shot ?

I get that as well - have you lost bios settings?

ive tried the cmos removal but didnt help

ive reset bios to default aswell

Sounds like the PSU isn't doing the power good signal - do you have a psu tester?
