Help! Which GPU

Im doing a budget build and have been looking at the GPU choices i have, im stuck between the 1050 or the RX470

It needs to be capable of running Euro truck sim and project cars

April has the RX 500 refresh, could play the waiting game for RX 470/80 sales to happen

worth checking out latest benchmarks for your intended games on the cards, also your screen or would you upgrade your screen to make the most out of the card - G-snc/freesync etc etc
