Help windows 7 will not install

can you help please useing retail dvd try 2 of them same error

could be a hardware fault. try running memtest to see if the memory is OK. if you're overlclocking, take it down a few notches.

Possibly duff DVD disc or DVD drive.I have had a few that won`t install,changed DVD drive then installs fine
