This might work ... or not.
Windows Key & R - To get the Run Command up.
Type MSCONFIG and hit Return
In the "Boot" tab, make sure "Safe Boot" isn't ticked/checked.
Then hit OK and reboot.
If you ever need to go back into Safe Mode, just tick/check the box and after you've rebooted you'll be in Safe Mode.
Pressing f8 during the boot doesn't work like previous version of Windows.
You can try pressing Shift and f8 instead, that is supposed to work, but, doesn't work for me.
So I use the MSCONFIG route.
