HELP windows Backup problem!! (Solved)

Wiindows Backup has decided that it does not want to play ball and is showing the following error message.

"The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. (0x80070422)"

I have run sfc, an it so no errors.

I installed a new SSD a few weeks back, and did a clean OS install (Win7), I have run Backup 2, maybe 3 time without problem. (I have a Samsung 1TB,F3 partitioned D(data),E(backups).

The only thing I can think of that could possibly of upset it is Samsung SSD Magician, which updated to V4.0 (But I'm just guessing)

Any ideas, or anyone seen this before

EDIT:-

Right after a little Google this error meassges can be generated by a number of "Services" being turned off.

To check for the services, click on start, in the start search bar type services and then press enter.

Please check that the following services are enabled:

- "Remote Procedure Call" (RPCSS) should be enabled, Automatic.

- "COM+ Event System" (EventSystem) should be enabled, Manual.

- "System Event Notification Service" (SENS) should be enabled, Automatic.

- "Volume Shadow Copy" (VSS) should be enabled, Manual.

- "Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider" (SWPRV) should be enabled, manual.

- "Block Level Backup Engine Service" should be enabled, manual.

Windows Backup is also a service, in it's own right

- "Windows Backup" should be enabled, manual.

I checked all these and set to the above list and it has resumed normal service..:)

Don't know what may have disabled it. Anyway info is here should anyone have same problem.
