Help ! windows live mail emails gone :(

I was deleting some files and accidentally deleted ntUserdat. Anyway all my windows live mail emails have gone.

and windows 7 has set up another temporary user account.

I assume they are somewhere on the computer but I can't seem to find them any ideas ??

where was ntUserdat located in the first place

OST/PST file? Tried a search ?

go into c drive then users an user name for example if it was stored in documents u would rite click on document go to properties and click on previous versions , it would load a list up of previous files in that the documents folder
