Help wiring a 3.5 mini jack plug.

Hi, I need a bit of help wiring a 3.5mm locking Mini-Jack from a 3 pin XLR plug.
I need help with the mini jack wiring the XLR is already

It's for a sennheiser radio mic.

Hi thanks, aye your right about buying it but I bought the mini jack plug a while back ( must have been a long while back, I can’t remember buying it ) so I have it here and just thought, I’ll give it a go thanks for the link. I’ve tried a few links but couldn’t fine a video that I could see the pins I needed to solder to. Not close enough for me Thanks
