Evening lads, long term member but not a regular poster and could do with some pointers for my next monitor.

Currently using 2x Benq G2420HDBL monitors i bought from here a long time ago, TN tech and budget even back then. Im not really using the second monitor for much so wanting to upgrade to a single 32" monitor to clean the desk space up. I am not sure which or what to get. GPU is a 1080TI but i don't play to many new games but what games i do are in a darkened room most of the time. I need the cable to exit the monitor from below as i plan to wall mount it.

I think i have it down to these:

Gigabyte M32U or M32Q
Corsair 32QHD165

Should these be a worthy upgrade from the old hat stuff i already have? any negatives to these and would it be worthy to go for the 4K M32U even if my GPU might struggle with it?

Finger is over the buy button.

Cheers

Cheers for the info Whitestar85.

I do like the Samsung models, but they are far too deep from my desk. pity.

So if i bought the 4k version and ran it at 1440p it would look just as good as the Q model which is 1440p only? Then get a future GPU upgrade for 4K.

Well thanks for the help, took the plunge at the M32U in the end. Boy its an improvement from my old TN 24" monitors but takes up a lot of desk space. Will wall mount it over the weekend.
Happy purchase from me.
Cheers
