Help with 4.0ghz OC

I have just got my PC running at 4060.13ghz, ran PCMark, 3DMark, Super Pi. memtest, and ORTHOS, Furmark v1.8.2. all have passed no problem BUT when i run Prime95 it blue screens in about 10 second, this has me baffled! has anyone got any sugestions how to tweek this so i can get prime95 to run.

all my usual apps run fine and temps are at 36c idle and 49c under load, would it be safe to run at this speed even if prime wont run? or should i back it off till Prime will run ok?

ive put a snapshot link of AMD overdrive showing what the settings are if it works

intelBurnTest just got a BSOD as well so im gunna back it off till i get more clued up, this is my first attempt so still got a lot of reading up to do. cheers guy`s
