Hi,

I posted about a week ago advice on a pre built system.
I've changed my mind and decided I want to build it all myself.

Would anyone be kind enough to do the spec for me?

I'd like it to be an Intel system, and to be used for general internet, listening to music, light gaming etc...

Cheers

PS: the £500 must include Windows 7 64!

Thanks,

I'm actually gonna order this while the 5% offer is on.

I'm not so sure I need a £95 graphics card, when I say light gaming, the only game I play is Call of Duty 2 online.

Would it be better to put more money on the CPU?

Problem is with the Intel range the next cpu is another £60 ~ and this would mean your budget would probably not be enough.

You could get a aftermarket cooler and overclock the cpu, or look at AMD with the x4 Athlon cpu.

Ah I see. I'll have a think over night about what I'm gonna do.

I'll buy this if I decide not to build myself:

Would you consider that a decent pre built system?
