Help with 5770 + HDMI

Hi,

I recently got a new 24" screen and a 5770.

If I use the screen with my laptop using HDMI, I can set the res to 1920x1080 and it displays correctly. When I plug the screen into my 5770 by the HDMI and set the res to 1920x1080 it seems to scale the image as not all of the screen area is taken up. This is setting the resolution to 1080p in the Catalyst control centre, same thing happens using windows resolution setting. If I use a 'basic' resolution setting in the catalyst control centre it uses the full screen area.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Change the scaling slider, you find it under right clicking the monitor and selecting properties in ccc

Yea it's all fixed. Seems a bit of a strange feature and was fairly hidden
