£800 budget to include a 19" tft? You'll be seriously restricting how good the pc will be. A good 19" tft will be around £300 and an okay one for about £200. So the pc spec is dropped from £800 to £500-£600.

This is the sort of spec you could look at without the tft:

This looks like the rig to go for. Has all you asked for & within your price.

As for the graphics card .. PowerColor ATI Radeon X800 GTO16 256MB .. its just as fast as a 6800GS at stock & should be overclockable to X850XT PE speeds. Its also cheaper, so a better choice.

Which implies you want to run two cards.

TBH there isn't a lot to choose between them, I personally have had a lot more problems with NF4 than Radeon Xpress 200. Entirely up to you at the end of the day, on the NF4 front there is an asus for pretty much the same price.

ahhh sorry bud didnt mean to confuse people no only wanted 1 card just didnt really want to go for the crossfire route just a perosnale choice i did mention that further up the screen about not wanting sli or crossfire so got bit confused when 2 cards were mentioned myself my fault im not the best person at explaining myself

thx for your help much appricated

will be going for mostly your spec anyway bud but with a 3700sd
