This should do you just fine :)

Graphics is really a X850 in disguise. Rest is just a solid straight forward spec.

£800 budget to include a 19" tft? You'll be seriously restricting how good the pc will be. A good 19" tft will be around £300 and an okay one for about £200. So the pc spec is dropped from £800 to £500-£600.

This is the sort of spec you could look at without the tft:

CP-134-AM AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ (Socket 939) - Retail (ADA3800BVBOX) (CP-134-AM)
£184.95 £184.95

£109.95 £109.95
GX-069-LT Leadtek GeForce 7800GT 256MB GDDR3 VIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-069-LT)
£169.95 £169.95
HD-048-WD Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 200GB 2000JS SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM (HD-048-WD)
£54.95 £54.95
CD-026-NE NEC ND4551 16x16 DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) - OEM (CD-026-NE)
£28.70 £28.70
CA-017-TT Thermaltake VB1000BNS Soprano SuperMidi Tower - Black (CA-017-TT)

CA-005-HP Hiper HPU-4K580-MK Type R 580W Modular ATX2.2 PSU - Black UV (CA-005-HP)
£54.95 £54.95
Subtotal £705.35

Total £828.79

NICE :D

This looks like the rig to go for. Has all you asked for & within your price.

As for the graphics card .. PowerColor ATI Radeon X800 GTO16 256MB .. its just as fast as a 6800GS at stock & should be overclockable to X850XT PE speeds. Its also cheaper, so a better choice.

Which implies you want to run two cards.

TBH there isn't a lot to choose between them, I personally have had a lot more problems with NF4 than Radeon Xpress 200. Entirely up to you at the end of the day, on the NF4 front there is an asus for pretty much the same price.
