help with 8800 GT

Hi,
I have an Xpertvision 8800 GT 512mb with the stock circular gold cooler on and after downloading every overclocking program i could find none of them allow me to manually adjust the speed of the fan.
Does anyone else know a way that I would be able to?

does the nvidia drivers not have its own software like ati has catalyst?
well u can use rivatuner www.guru3d.com/rivatuner

I have tried rivatuner, nvidia nTune, ATITOOL plus many others but they dont even recognise that my card has a fan on it
