Help with a build ?

hello im wanting to change from console (360) to pc and would like to know if http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvX-ZPaZLVU this build will be good enough to play bf3 and skyrim call of duty games at high fps if not does any one have any ideas for a build costing around 400? 450 max
