Hi

I have been looking at building myself a PC again just for messing about with and to play some games and try some overclocking. Problem is I want to do it as cheap as possible. I like the look of the C2D E2140 CPU as its dirt cheap and seems to overclock really well. But I have no idea what what motherboard to get, I would like something cheap but a good overclocker, can you guys suggest something?

Also what about a graphics card? Would the Nvidia 8600 jobs do for playing games like HL2 and Call of Duty 2 on full settings?

Thanks in advance

p35 based mobos seem to be clocking well.

Or the good old P5N-e SLi

and the 8600 should be fine, but might be worth getting a 7900 - more ummph for your money, as the 8500 won't do DX10, as it won't be powerfull enough.
