Hi moved my pc to one side a few days ago and now it will not power on at all All i get is the little blue on button inside the pc is flashing any ideas?
Tryed a psu tester and that seems fine no fans start or any thing like that.

This is one of those questions that can only be answered by,

Make sure all connections are made properly, all cables in the sockets are pushed fully home, all cards are firmly in the slots, memory sticks, graphics card etc. The cmos battery is correctly located.

The cpu cooler is fixed properly.

The motherboard is not shorting inside the case.

Try resetting the cmos (bios) using the jumper on the motherboard.
Reset jumper (see manual for details) and remove cmos battery and power lead.
Cycle on and off the power button a few times.
Reconnect the battery and power lead.
Replace the jumper to the original pin position
Reboot the PC.

Not sure what you mean when you say you moved your PC to one side, could you expand on that.

The first thing I would suggest is make sure that all the connectors (power) are correctly seated and that all the little metal pins inside the plastic protectors are still there. I have had a few problems with the pins coming loose when removed.

Will check back later to see what is up.
