Help with a issue ?

Basically just made a build and tried to power it up seems everything working fine. gpu fan spinning, cpu fan spinning, hardrive is working etc .

But monitor not responding to a pc screen is stationary black like not plunged in even if it is.

tried different cards still same any ideas?

yea still the same

i think i found the problem cpu socket pins are bended. like 5 or so. i guess bending them back would sort the problem? hopefully i not killed cpu?
