Help with a OC built system

Ok so a few months ago i bought a Titan Accelerator system off OC and worked fine for a month or two. Recently though ive been having problems, such as;

-Control Panel outline flickering up for a mili second then disappearing and i am not able to view or change settings through my control panel.
-Teamspeak problems in which i get an error message about sound drivers and even when updated the microphone will not work (messed about with all settings etc. just not working)
-Sometimes unable to install programmes when asking for admin permission, i accept it and still doesnt allow it to happen.

Now its very annoying and ive been putting up with it for a while, i read somewhwere about the conflagger virus doing the control pannel stuff, but gave a scan and nothing was found.


By the way ive explained things you can probably see im no computer expert so doing things like reformatting and reinstalling all the drivers, Vista 64 and all that jazz may be a bit of a trouble to me..

What do you guys suggest.. i reformat the PC and start from scratch.. or as its under waranty send it into OC for the fix..

Ring the ocuk system builders, your system is under a year warranty. If the problem is hardware and not caused by you they will fix it and replace the parts. I sent mine back and it turned out my motherboard was fried and they replaced it for free with a better motherboard that I originally had :).

Although if you have done some Overclocking or changed some components within your PC, your on your own I believe.
 
No i havent done anything to it inside, i dont think its a hardware problem tbh..

Getting the Windows is not genuine thing as well, even though it is and have entered CD Key many a time.
