Help with a password on zip file

Looking for some help to unlock a zip file as I've forgotten the password.

I'm pretty sure I know the words, I just can't remember the order. The words are separated by numbers and start and end with upper case characters.

e.g. CasT23LorrY15BrickS24

Help!

P.S. to clarify, I'm looking for crack software that can take the known words and try combinations.

Should be a text file with one word per line

I've done that, but it's still going through individual letters.

Edit: What I'm trying to do is specify the words as I know what they are (people's names).

If I empty the charset then it tries each word in the dictionary, but doesn't try combinations of those words together.

You could just build a list of all the possible combinations and put that straight in the dictionary.

Now you know why password managers are so important.

I would recommend getting KeePass or similar

I'll look at that. Given the monetary value that was involved in this for me, I'd actually be happy to pay a couple of quid for a decent service.

Also, it's got me thinking... I've added 2fa onto everything and I use Google Authentication. What's going to happen if I lose my phone? How do you guys manage stuff like that?
