Help with a return item (NOT OCUK)

I bought this item online from a different shop as OCUK was out of stock at the time. It was the Zotac Z68 A_E Mobo, it was bought from a well known and big store. It came next day as paid for and was DOA. RMA'd back and they now claim it's not there stock they have back, yet its exactly what i set them! Aparantly they sent it back to me but nothing has arrived. The person that signed for it has used my surname but there is only me here and at the time i was out the UK. I called again today and they said there is nothing they can do.

Any ideas? Im £145 out of pocket and mega mega :mad:

Who was the Currier? When was it claimed to be delivered? you never know someone may of signed for it and drop it round.

Find who signed for it as they have your mobo for one.

Parcle Force. No one is here by my suranme at all. It's me only that lives here. I've gone round and asked and no-one has anything for me. Yet ****** claim someone with my surname signed for it. I even sent them a copy of my flight ticket

Delivery was ment to be 2 weeks ago, i've just gotten back on friday last week.

I can just picture the Parcel Force delivery guy signing for the parcel himself, then leaving it on the doorstep....

PF have done it loads, there is never a set driver always a hier agency one

Passport stamps in and out, flight tickets, credit card bills, receipets, flight booking form online, photos (date & time stamped)

When I had a load of stuff delivered by DPD from OCUK before (I know this wasn't OCUK) they signed for it themselves and left it round the back of the house. I didn't have a clue what the name was, and when I phoned to find out where my items were they said they left it over the road. There isn't anyone over the road!

They were useless.

thats my biggest gripe with delivery drivers... they always come out with "surname" is it?

why are they telling people the surname that needs to sign? its like someone telling you your password/pin instead of asking what it is

I had a £400 phone left on my doorstep, signed for by the courier. I got the package so can't be too angry but regardless it's such bad practice.
