So I have created my Steam Account a few years ago and I didn't log into it in like in the past year or two so today when I tried to log into it, I couldn't as it gave me an error which says that either my account doesn't exist or the password is wrong. So I have decided to reset the password and done it then I tried to log into my account and still it didn't worked as I received the same message as before, so I added steam into Firewall rules to allow all incoming and outgoing traffic, tried to log into it again, same result, I even typied my password into notepad to see if there could be some keyboard layout problems and pasted it into steam password box, still the same result, after this drama I have restarted the computer tried it again and it didn't worked. So I went to Steam Website to log-into their system for Support and still my account didn't work. I didn't had anything illegal or pirated on my steam account so there shouldn't be any problem with that. I must say I'm pretty ****ed as **** right now at Valve and that they taking a ****, I bought a few games back in the day and now either I can't log-into my account or even contact the support, how the hell Billion pounds company doesn't have a phone support ? O_o

P.S Any ideas what I can do right now ? :(

Be patient, I've found Steam to be a real pain in the butt when it comes to problems like this, You lose your password and you have to make an account to use there helper system and god forbid you lose that password too, I have and it takes for ever to wind your way through the bloomin hoops and hurdles.

First of all. Install the generic Steam system, Then attempt to get into your account.

It will be a lot simpler if you still have the same e-mail address, Do you?

If so do this.

On the login box you will see a retrieve a lost account button press it and pick the "I forgot my Steam account name or password" option.

Then enter your e-mail address ( Enter the one the accounts on if it is not the same)

Now choose the option to have a recovery code sent to your e-mail.

If you no longer have the original e-mail account choose the "I no longer have access to that email address" option and follow the instructions from there.

If you chose the option to have a recovery code sent to your e-mail the screen changes to one asking you for the code that has been sent to the e-mail address for the account you want to access.
I dunno if you read my OP but restarting the password to the new one doesn't work because if I do that, it still won't let me log in :/
