Help with Akasa Fan controller

Got this today, sorted the temp settings etc, but having problems with the "Fan control"

Basically the fans plug straight into the controller, and I should be able to adjust them accordingly (lo or hi) but this is not working for all 4, there all performing at 1380rpm odd...

And if i adjust to ''lo'' it stays the same?

Should I be adjusting something else? I was hoping i'd be able to do as much as turning them off with this thing!

Well I just unplugged one of the 120 fans...(theres 4 in total in my case) and plugged in a standard fan which normally goes on a 'normal' heat sync, and that was adjusted fine...

So why will the 120mm fans not change speed?!

Hmmm, what a waste of money.

Do all 120's have different voltages?

How did you get it working mate?

Mine only works with the smaller fans that only have the 3 pin connectors.

The 120mm have the power 4 pin connectors too! If i unplug these obviously they don't work!

Any ideas?
