Help with BenQ fp241w resolution

Is there any way of checking what res the monitor is running at when playing on the PS3?

On a tv its relatively easy, but I cant find out how to on this?

On the monitors OSD ->

Press the menu button,
Go to the System tab,
Then down to Information and press the enter button,
Should tell you the res and refresh currently running.

Don't have a PS3 so dunno how to find out using that.
