Help with bios update

I need to update my bios(z87-a) to fix the frozen clock. Having never done this before I want to make sure I get the right update.

Which do I need from this list? I have 1707 installed.

you need latest one,download it/extract it to usb stick then look in bios and flash through ezflash

^^^^ you may need to flash with that tool idk,but ezflash should work

Isn't 2.00.02 the new updater, not the actual update? I have 1707 now I think the actual update is version 2005. And how do I install the "updater"? Through the BIOS or windows. When I start it through windows, it says "this tool is for bios update to support new intel 4th gen core processors. Please ensure that the Intel Management Engine Interface driver is properly installed before using this tool" and the "yes" button is greyed out.

you probably need to install the intel engine management drivers first

then try using the tool in windows

2.00.02 is the bios version

if I were you id just try flashing through the bios with the bios on a usb stick and use ezflash
