Hi guys, just recently upgraded graphics card and memory, upgraded to a Gigabyte GTX 670 with latest 301.42 drivers (not tried any others) and now using 8GB Corsair vengeance DDR3 1600mhz (@1333mhz) from previous 4gb patriot 1600mhz ddr3 memory.

Now its the second time i've encountered a random BSOD with the same BCCode: 109 , within the last two weeks of installing the new hardware. After it happened the first time I flashed my BIOS to the latest version to see if it would solve the issue, which it hasn't. I've also had one random pc lockup when watching a video on youtube, not sure if its java/flash related as thats always "not responding". When the BSOD happens its over within 5-10 seconds so i cant get a clear read of what's going on.

However Windows reports the following:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 109
BCP1: A3A039D89DE7F531
BCP2: B3B7465EF065C41F
BCP3: FFFFF80003406510
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\070112-16801-01.dmp
C:\Users\Skellz\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-27830-0.sysdata.xml

Any ideas what it could be? Im not that savvy with BSOD problems but at a guess I'm thinking a memory problem just by the nature of the effects so far. Or perhaps a driver issue somewhere, but like i said the only driver i've updated to recently is the Nvidia one (from an ATI 5850 before that).

Cheers

0x109 = Not enough or too Much memory voltage

Straight from the product page for your new RAM : Tested Voltage 1.5

So if it were me, I'd enter the BIOS and set the RAM's voltage to 1.5v.

Download blue screen view and it will list any drivers the made your PC bsod. Also do has above check ram voltage and then run memtest for couple hours.
