Help with BSOD

Ok i posted elsewere on the forums but no response,wrong area i guess

Anywhos can anyone understand what this reports telling me as i dont got a clue.
Ive just started having Bluescreens(3) in the last 3 days and im just tryin to find the source

all help is appreciated

Notice you've OC'd the CPU. Tried running (everything) at stock?

Also update BIOS to latest.

Unfortunately, had that same Asus mobo & it only lasted 2-months. Started locking-up (no BSODs) then eventually wouldn't boot up

It's all pointing to your CPU.

Just follow the recommendations in the link. Is it running the updated microcode?

Is it damaged or defective? (download a boot cd and run a processor test).

First thing to try is MemTest.

Download and burn Ultimate Boot CD
Boot from the CD, Its on there.

Run Mem Test.

ok guys thanks, ive went back down to stock but cant do any testing till i get back from work. strange that oc has been stable for an age, hope my fx60 aint on its way out.
