Help with build spec please

I was wondering if you would be able to help me, I'm currently looking to rebuild my rig as its quite old now and virtually falling apart! I can build it but I dont have a clue which components are best etc and hopefully you could help me out. I have around 700 to spend can be more if its worth it.

If you could give me some advice on what to get it would be great, if possible including the NZXT Phantom case and I already have a Corsair HX 520W power supply so hopefully wont need to get another one

And what other bits do you need such as monitor/keyboard/mouse and operating system?

I am assuming this is for gaming?

Do you have anything you can re-use? A sata DVD-rw? Any hard drives? Etc?

Yeah its for gaming mostly

I've got
monitor 19" (I will update that in a bit but going to get the best system I can at the min)
mouse
speakers
520w power supply
DVD-RW

but I do need
new keyboard sort of destroyed this one
windows 7
Motherboard
Case
RAM
Hard Drive
Graphics Card
CPU
Cooler (possibly with fans)
and possibly a new wireless network card (this can be extra to the price)
and anything else I've left out

Is the dvd drive SATA or IDE interface?

Can I suggest a different case? as thats a huge chunk of the budget meaning other parts suffer.

Yeah you can suggest another case or add the extra I'm spending on that case onto the top of the budget I just want one with good airflow because it gets pretty warm quickly in this room

So add your HX520 and hopefully what is a SATA DVD drive.
