can i ask why the m-atx motherboard if you're using a full size case? You lose out on expansion slots and potential overclocking (although the latter doesnt seem to be the case in this particular model)
If you are going to spend £310 on a CPU and motherboard, I would suggest you have a look at this and this - exact same price (£310)
I would also suggest going with this cooler (and a decent 120mm fan) as it performs better than the Noctua and will cost the same in total.
Finally, I would suggest going with a pair of ASUS cards instead of XFX (if you can wait for them to come back in stock). The ASUS ones come with a year more warranty and an overclocking friendly BIOS.
Well you can run dual channel RAM perfectly fine in an X58 board. But you are correct that having triple channel RAM is ideal. Considering the OP has a £1500 budget, i'm sure he can fit in a decent 6GB kit (ie. the stuff RJC suggested) without breaking the bank.
