Hello,
Looking for a bit of advice regarding unusually high temps at idle and load.
below is my full spec:
Phanteks Enthoo Luxe - (All HDD cages removed for clear airflow path) Using the front 200m intake fan and 1x 140mm rear stock exhaust fan. the top mounted 140mm stock fan was removed to fit Corsair H105 AIO cooler/fans but I need to experiment putting this fan back in (either at top or bottom of case)
PSU - SuperFlower Leadex Gold 750W (fan facing down to take air in from bottom)
CPU - i7-4790K (at stock speeds, with no overclocking)
CPU Cooler - Corsair H105 AIO cooler (with 2x Thermaltake Riing 12 fans on the radiator)
MOBO - ASRock Z97 Extreme 4
RAM - 2x8GB Avexir Core DDR3 1600MHz
GPU - EVGA GTX1070 FTW
SSD - 250GB 850 Evo

At idle my CPU temps range from around 38C-52C or there abouts.
When I'm gaming (with no overclocks to CPU or GPU) my CPU temps are between 65-77C which is worrying.

Also, when I stress test using prime95 (v26.6) CPU temps only go upto around mid 80's but my CPU downclocks itself to 4.2-4.1GHz.

I've tried manually setting a lower vcore in bios at stock speeds to around 1.169 and i think this helped lower the temps slightly but blue screened on prime95 after a while.

Is my Motherboard to blame for the high temps or is it my airflow in the case?
I have tried reseating the Corsair waterblock on the chip atleast 4 or 5 times, and this didn't help much.

ANy help would be appreciated, cheers.
