Help with Cat6 Wiring

Hello,

New here so thanks for your patience

I'm running 30m of CAT cable from the house to the home office. It's outdoor cable so want to terminate at each end and use mount box and a patch cables. I have a couple of boxes from Amazon but confused on the wiring diagram, image linked below.

On the wiring diagram do I follow:

• A on the left and right
• B on the left and right
• B on the left and A on the right
• A on the left and B on the right

Any help greatly appreciated!
