Help with choice

I'm thinking of upgrading to Sandy Bridge. Is the following a good choice, or could i do better for the money? I already have a Corsair HX 620 psu, a dvd burner and a Samsung 1T hard drive. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm currently running a Q6600 @ 3.2Ghz, 8800GT graphics card. A friend in work is buying my motherboard, Q6600 and ram. I'm looking to get something for under £650.

I see no issues.

I haven't seen that cooler before so can't comment on that but otherwise looks fine to me.

The cooler has a good review, there's a post in the latest news\deals section i think with a link.

The spec looks ok to me, although I might consider the Geil value RAM over the XMS3 for a SB build....

Its what the H50 should have been

Same designer, same manufacturer, better performance.
