help with comparison of 2 socket A mobo

Good afternoon All,
Just a quick question if you please guys,
I currently have a athlon xp3200 barton 400fsb. I have 2 socket A motherboards and i'm not sure which is superior (by superior i mean which would give me better system performance at standard speeds i.e. not overclocked) so i want to check with you guys before i install my cpu in one of them.

The motherboards are:
ASRock K7S8XE+

And:

Epox 8RDA+ (revision 2 and with latest bios)

also is there much of a difference between the two?

There isnt going to be more than 1-2% diff at most, the Epox is the better board tho
