Basically I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to aid a certain function that a few of us here at work have to do.
Imagine I have 2 columns with 12 bits of data each. Each column is related to each other, i.e. N2 is Road Type 3 which has a figure of £291 in O2 and so one.
What I would like is to be able to have the different road types appear in a drop down box so that you can select them, and then the corresponding cost appears in the next cell, i.e. if you had type 3, type 4 and type 5 in this drop down box and you selected type 4 it would show the correct cost for type 4 in the next cell.
I have a spreadsheet kind of created to insert all this into, unfortunately I am stuck as I only know a basic amount in Excel.
