Yes you can put NF-P14r redux on D15, but why? They are not a better fan and increase the cost of an already expensive cooler by another £27.00. NH-D15S is £65.99 and NH-D15 is £69.95 plus £27.00 is £92-97.00 total.
The Alpenfohn Olymp cools at least as good or better. All reviews I've seen show it 1-3c better, and it is only £49.99.
If you already have a D15 and want to change, replace the D15 with Olymp and sell the D15 in MM for 40-45 quid .. maybe 50, I'm not sure what they sell for used.
