Help with creating a particular type of chart

Hi all

Currently doing some analysis on some questionnaires.

One of the questions involved participants to rank particular skills from most to least important.

I used MS forms to send this out, which provides a very nice way of representing data: https://prnt.sc/sds06x

My question is: how do I do this on Excel?

Looks like a 100% stacked bar chart. Pretty simple with chart wizard in Excel

Problem I have is that I'm dealing with the order of words representing my data rather than numbers. I presume that I have to convert to numbers so do it, but hoped there would be a quick way
