Hi, so basically a few weeks a go my monitor broke out with all these faint horizontal lines going across the screen and in the top right there is a white flickering line. I thought it may be a graphics driver issue but that isn't the case as I have tried different versions.

Is there anything I can do to fix this myself or is there a problem with the monitor itself and does it need to be replaced/fixed?

It's only just over a year old.

I have attached a photo below where you can see the horizontal lines as well as the brighter white line which flickers in the top right.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Have you tried any other signal source like laptop or other display device on that PC?

Even though graphics card's failure would likely cause different symptoms, it would be good to bracket down in which end of the cable fault is.

I shall try that today and let you know!

I think it is a type of burn-in and not graphics card or driver related. There have been sporadic reports of it with the 2716DG and 2417DG.
